Kelsey Foy is a multimedia artist from Pennsylvania specializing in toy design and textile-based sculpture. Her work merges digital modeling with handcrafted elements, focusing on the playful, nostalgic, and imaginative qualities of childhood. Through her creations—ranging from puppets and plush figures to digital prototypes—Kelsey evokes a sense of wonder that celebrates the joy and individuality of “weird kid” culture.
A graduate of East Stroudsburg University of Pennsylvania, Kelsey earned her Bachelor’s degree in Art + Design with a concentration in Product Design. During her time at ESU, she gained proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Fusion 360, and Blender, developing a strong foundation in both digital fabrication and material experimentation. As a 3D Lab Technician, she assisted students and faculty with modeling, 3D printing, and project development, contributing to the collaborative and innovative environment of the Art + Design Department.
Kelsey’s artistic practice is inspired by the characters and worlds that shaped her imagination, including The Muppets, Lalaloopsy Dolls, Monster High, and Littlest Pet Shop. Her work has been exhibited in local galleries and featured in public art initiatives across Main Street in East Stroudsburg.
Currently, Kelsey is developing a series of puppets as part of a personal creative project and is in the early stages of designing her own Ball-Jointed Doll line. Through her art, she continues to explore themes of nostalgia, playfulness, and identity—inviting viewers to reconnect with their inner sense of curiosity and delight.
